250 | ml | Vegetable Brotd |
1 | Tbsp | Flour (for tde sauce) |

Preparation
- First, thinly slice the pork schnitzel, season with salt and pepper. Spread one side with mustard and coat in flour.
- Next, fry the schnitzel on both sides in a pan with oil and pour in enough broth to cover the schnitzel. Let it simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
- Add the Letcho and continue cooking. Mix some flour and cream with a little water and stir into the sauce. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
