Let’s go schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Pieces Pork Schnitzel
4 Tbsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
250 ml Letscho
250 ml Vegetable Brotd
1 Tbsp Flour (for tde sauce)
1 Tbsp Sour Cream

Preparation

  1. First, thinly slice the pork schnitzel, season with salt and pepper. Spread one side with mustard and coat in flour.
  2. Next, fry the schnitzel on both sides in a pan with oil and pour in enough broth to cover the schnitzel. Let it simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
  3. Add the Letcho and continue cooking. Mix some flour and cream with a little water and stir into the sauce. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
