Preparation
- Wash, clean, and cut the leeks into fine rings. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic for the leek schnitzels.
- Pound the meat, season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides. Add leeks, onion, and garlic and sauté briefly. Add some water and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Before serving, stir in the sour cream and herbs. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
