Leek cutlet

Ingredients for 6 portions

6 Pieces Pork Schnitzel
350 g Leek
1 Piece Onion
3 Pieces Garlic cloves
0.5 Cup Sour cream
1 Tbsp Herbs of your choice
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Wash, clean, and cut the leeks into fine rings. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic for the leek schnitzels.
  2. Pound the meat, season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides. Add leeks, onion, and garlic and sauté briefly. Add some water and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  3. Before serving, stir in the sour cream and herbs. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
