Hungarian pork chops

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 Piece Pork chops
3 Tbsp Tomato paste
100 g Bacon (diced)
3 Piece Onions
2 Piece Garlic cloves
2 Piece Red and green bell peppers
2 Tsp Sweet paprika powder
60 g Butter or oil
500 ml Beef brotd

Preparation

  1. Season the chops with salt and pepper, quickly fry in hot fat and remove from the pan and keep warm.
  2. Clean and chop the vegetables. Roast onions together with bacon cubes in the drippings, add diced peppers and tomato paste and briefly roast, season with paprika and add broth, bring to a boil.
  3. Add salt and crushed garlic. Place the chops in the sauce and simmer covered until done.
