Preparation
- Clean, wash, and cut the vegetables into fine strips. Bring water with spices to a boil, add the meat and let it cook for 20 minutes. Then add the vegetable strips.
- Peel and quarter the potatoes and add them to the meat. Cook everything until done. Slice the meat, place it on plates, cover with the vegetables, grate horseradish on top, and serve with the potatoes.
