Preparation
- First, peel and finely crush the garlic for the marinade, also core and finely chop the washed chili. Mix everything in a bowl with oil, beer, soy sauce, and the spices.
- Then coat the ribs well all around with this marinade, place them in a container and pour the rest of the marinade over them, seal and let marinate in the fridge overnight.
- For the sauce, mix honey, white wine vinegar, mustard, and chili in another bowl. Then lift the meat out of the marinade and let it drain. Then coat with the sauce and place on a coated tray.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) top/bottom heat and roast the ribs for 50 minutes, brushing them with the sauce regularly. Finally, grill them crispy on the grill for about 15 minutes, brushing them with the remaining sauce again and again.
