Preparation
- First, cook the noodles in a pot of salted water, drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain well in a sieve.
- Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion and dice the ham. Then sauté the onion in a deep pan with oil, add the ham cubes and sauté as well. Stir in the drained noodles and season with salt and pepper.
