Ingredients for 4 portions

1 kg Pork shoulder
500 g Soup vegetables
1 Piece Onion
1 Tsp Salt
6 Pieces Peppercorns
3 Pieces Bay leaf
1 Shot Vinegar

Preparation

  1. For the root meat, put the meat in boiling water and season with salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Then let it cook for about 45 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and cut the soup vegetables into noodles. Add the whole onion to the meat and cook everything until soft.
  3. Then season with vinegar, slice the meat, and serve with the vegetables.
