Preparation
- For the root meat, put the meat in boiling water and season with salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Then let it cook for about 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel and cut the soup vegetables into noodles. Add the whole onion to the meat and cook everything until soft.
- Then season with vinegar, slice the meat, and serve with the vegetables.
