Preparation
- First, mix honey, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper well to make the sweet and sour marinade for the grilled ribs. Stir the mustard powder with a tablespoon of cold water until smooth and mix it into the marinade.
- Rinse the ribs well, pat them dry, coat them with the marinade, and let them rest covered in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
- After this time, remove the ribs from the marinade and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Set aside the remaining marinade. Place the meat in an aluminum grill pan and grill for 20-30 minutes. Brush frequently with the marinade.
