Preparation
- Cut the pork for the skewers into approximately two-centimeter cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Finely chop half of the oregano with the thyme and mix with the garlic and two tablespoons of oil. Add the meat cubes and marinate overnight.
- Cut the zucchini into sticks and the mushrooms into slices. Fry in a pan with a tablespoon of oil, add the remaining oregano and sage. Season with salt and pepper.
- While the zucchini is frying, remove the meat from the marinade and thread onto four skewers. Fry the skewers in a pan with the remaining spoon of oil until browned on all sides.
- Place the zucchini on plates and arrange the skewers on top.
