1 | pcs | Garlic clove, finely chopped |

3 | tbsp | Sweet paprika powder |

1 | l | Beef brotd (a bit more or less to taste) |

1 | pcs | Potato, peeled and finely grated |
Preparation
- Cut the pork into approximately 2 cm cubes for the bean goulash.
- Sauté the onion in hot oil until golden brown, add the meat cubes and sauté for about 4 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste, sprinkle in the paprika powder and immediately add 750 ml of beef broth, season with caraway seeds, savory, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, for about 60 minutes.
- Wash and trim the beans, cut into approximately 2 cm pieces and add to the goulash.
- Pour in 250 ml of hot beef broth and simmer the bean goulash for another 20 minutes.
- To thicken, stir in the grated potato and cook the goulash for another 2 minutes.
