Glazed pork ribs

Ingredients for 4 portions

1.5 kg Pork ribs
7 pcs Bay leaves
120 g Honey
1 tbsp Mustard
2 tbsp Garlic powder
4 tbsp Oil

Preparation

  1. Put the pork ribs in boiling salted water, add bay leaves and let simmer lightly for 50 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, gently heat the honey, add oil, mustard and garlic, and mix well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Remove the pork ribs from the broth and let cool, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the pork ribs on top and brush all around with the marinade.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, brushing with the marinade repeatedly.
