Preparation
- First, mix minced meat, onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Knead well with your hands.
- Then divide the mixture into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into approximately 1.5 cm thick meat patties. Cover and set aside.
- Grill the meat patties on each side for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Move to a cooler part of the grill or keep warm on a plate. Place a slice of cheese on each meat patty. Then fry the ham in butter until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- For the burgers, place the bottom toasted bun halves on a plate. Arrange lettuce and tomato ketchup on top. Place grilled minced meat patties on top and garnish with ham, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. Place the remaining bun halves on top.
