Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius.
- Wash and dry the zucchini and pepper, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Mix two tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl with the garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the vegetable pieces to the bowl and mix well with the oil.
- Now place the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are browned. While the vegetables are roasting, pound the meat thinly, season with salt, and rub vigorously with the Fire Curry. In the remaining oil, fry the schnitzels on both sides.
- Serve the meat together with the vegetables.
