Preparation
- Place the schnitzels between plastic wrap and flatten slightly, then season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Beat the eggs in a dish and mix well. Also put the flour in a dish. Heat the oil in a pan.
- Dredge the schnitzels in the flour, then dip in the egg and place in the hot oil. Fry the schnitzels on both sides until golden brown over moderate heat, then drain on a piece of kitchen paper and serve.
