Preparation
- Peel and slice the onion into rings. Flatten the schnitzels, then season with salt and pepper. Fill the schnitzels with the smoked meat, cheese, and onion rings, fold them together and secure with a metal skewer.
- Coat the meat first in flour, then in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pot and fry the breaded schnitzels for about 8-10 minutes on each side.
