Preparation
- First, grate the salt sticks. Pound the schnitzels thinly and then season with salt and pepper on both sides. Coat with flour and then dip in the beaten egg.
- Finally, cover well with the grated salt sticks and fry on both sides in a pan with oil until golden brown.
