Preparation
- First, season the meat with salt and pepper and fry it on both sides in a pan with oil until browned. Remove the meat from the pan and keep warm.
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces. Fry both in the pan. Season with paprika powder, salt, and pepper, and fry for a few more minutes.
- Stir in the cream, add the meat, and let everything simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- Before serving, season again with the spices.
