Cornflakes-Cordon Bleu

Ingredients for 1 portions

2 Pcs Pork Schnitzel
2 Slices Smoked Ham
1 Slices Tilsiter Cheese
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pcs Egg
5 Tbsp Flour fine
50 g Cornflakes sugar-free
0.25 l Oil

Preparation

  1. Pound the schnitzels thinly under foil, season with salt and pepper, then top with ham and cheese. Seal the edges with 2 metal skewers.
  2. Crush the cornflakes with a hand blender, beat the egg with a fork. Dip the meat in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the cornflakes, lightly tapping them.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until crispy.
