Preparation
- Pound the schnitzel thinly and season with salt and pepper. Place the flour in a deep plate and cover the schnitzel with it. Then dip it in the egg mixed with some milk and finally cover it all around with the cornflakes.
- In a pan with oil about a finger thick, fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown.
