1 kg Smoked meat (bacon)
3 l water

Preparation

  1. First, bring water to a boil in a large pot for the smoked meat.
  2. Then add the meat. Let it simmer lightly for about an hour.
  3. Afterwards, remove, drain, and cut into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
