Ingredients for 3 portions

1 Piece Pork knuckle
1 Bunch Soup vegetables
1 Piece Onion
1 Pinch Sugar
4 Piece Bay leaf
10 Piece Spice grains

Preparation

  1. Peel and halve the onion. Clean and roughly chop the soup vegetables.
  2. In a large pot, let the pork knuckle cook vigorously with the spices and soup vegetables in salted water. At least one hour.
