Chinese cauliflower

Ingredients for 3 portions

2 Tbsp Oil
250 g Pork strips
250 g Cauliflower
1 Piece Onion
2 Tbsp Shan‘shi Soy sauce
1 Pinch Salt
0.25 l Veggie brotd
200 g Instant noodles (Chinese)

Preparation

  1. First peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes. Then wash, dry and divide the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep pan and briefly fry the cauliflower and meat over high heat. Season with salt, add the onion cubes, fry a little longer, then add the soy sauce.
  3. Continue to fry briefly, then pour in the soup and cook on low heat for 25 minutes until tender. Finally, stir in the instant noodles and let them soften for 5 minutes.
