Preparation
- Put the tortilla chips and breadcrumbs in a food processor and grind into fine crumbs. Beat the egg in a plate and mix with cream, then season with some salt and pepper. Put the flour and tortilla crumbs separately in a plate.
- Pound the schnitzels and first coat them in flour, then dip in the egg and finally bread them in the crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until golden brown. Degrease the schnitzels on a piece of kitchen paper and serve.
