2 | Tbsp | Flour |
2 | Tbsp | Breadcrumbs |
1 | Shot | Milk |
1 | Pinch | Pepper |
1 | Pinch | Salt |
Preparation
- Pound the schnitzel flat, season with salt and pepper. Wash the tomato, remove the stem and slice. Drain the mozzarella and slice as well.
- Then cover one half of the schnitzel with tomato and mozzarella. Fold the other half of the schnitzel over. Beat the egg with a little milk. Coat the schnitzel in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- In a pan with hot oil, fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown.
