Preparation
- Pound the schnitzel on both sides with a meat mallet and season with salt.
- Then put flour in a bowl. Whisk the eggs and put the tortilla chips in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- Dredge the schnitzel in flour first. Then dip in the egg and coat with the tortilla chip breading, pressing firmly.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Then fry the schnitzel in hot oil, on low heat, for about 10-12 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve on a plate with a wedge of lemon.
