Breaded schnitzel with parsley

Ingredients for 4 portions

800 g Pork cutlet meat
2 Pcs Eggs
0.5 Bunch Parsley
1 Tsp Sea salt
150 g Flour
300 g Breadcrumbs
1 L Oil

Preparation

  1. First, pound and salt the meat. Then wash the parsley, pluck it and roughly chop it. Now crack the eggs into a shallow bowl, beat them and mix in the parsley.
  2. Next, coat the meat on both sides in flour, dip it in the parsley-egg mixture, and coat it in breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, fry the schnitzel on medium heat until golden brown on both sides, and drain on kitchen paper.
