Breaded pork cutlet with shaved almonds.

Ingredients for 4 portions

700 g Pork Schnitzel meat
1 Pc Egg
120 g White bread crumbs
40 g Sliced almonds
50 g Flour
3 Tbsp Milk
1 Pinch Salt
1 L Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Cut the schnitzel meat into slices, pound and season with salt. Mix the egg and milk. Mix breadcrumbs and almonds.
  2. Dredge the schnitzel in flour, dip in the egg mixture and coat with the breadcrumb-almond mixture, pressing the breading firmly. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown.
