120 | g | White bread crumbs |
40 | g | Sliced almonds |
50 | g | Flour |
3 | Tbsp | Milk |
1 | Pinch | Salt |
1 | L | Oil for frying |
Preparation
- Cut the schnitzel meat into slices, pound and season with salt. Mix the egg and milk. Mix breadcrumbs and almonds.
- Dredge the schnitzel in flour, dip in the egg mixture and coat with the breadcrumb-almond mixture, pressing the breading firmly. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the schnitzel on both sides until golden brown.
