Preparation
- Pound and salt the schnitzel meat. Peel and grate the boiled potato. Crack the eggs, mix with flour and potato, and salt.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, coat meat in the egg-potato mixture and fry on both sides in hot oil. Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
