Breaded pork cutlet with potato coating

Ingredients for 2 portions

400 g Pork Schnitzel Meat
2 Pc Egg
2 Tbsp Flour
3 Pc Boiled Potato
0.5 Tsp Salt
500 ml Canola Oil

Preparation

  1. Pound and salt the schnitzel meat. Peel and grate the boiled potato. Crack the eggs, mix with flour and potato, and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan, coat meat in the egg-potato mixture and fry on both sides in hot oil. Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
