50 | g | Grated Mountain Cheese |
2 | Tbsp | Butter |
1 | Splash | Oil |
1 | Pinch | Pepper |
1 | Pinch | Salt |
Preparation
- Pound the schnitzels thinly and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Coat one side with flour and fry it in hot butter first, then fry the second side briefly.
- Remove from heat and place in a baking dish. Cut the toast ham in half and place it on top of the schnitzels, sprinkle grated cheese over them, and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
