120 | g | Cream cheese (e.g. Rollino) |

Preparation
- Wash the lung roast, pat dry, cut into slices about 3 cm thick, and wrap with bacon. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and fry in butter in a pan until browned.
- Remove the meat from the pan and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Now wash the tomatoes and slice them. If using cherry tomatoes, simply cut them in half.
- Then place 1 slice of cream cheese on each piece of lung roast and top with a tomato slice.
- Gratinate the medallions again in a preheated oven (top/bottom heat) at about 160 °C for 20 minutes.
