Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for the Bavarian roast pork. Cut the skin of the meat in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife, season with salt and pepper.
- Then place it in a baking dish and put it in the oven. Now wash, clean and cut the soup vegetables into pieces. Peel and halve the onion.
- After 20 minutes of roasting time, add the vegetables and pour in the broth. Roast the pork for another 100 minutes, basting it with the broth regularly.
