1 | glass | Sauce (hunter or gypsy sauce) |

1 | cup | Creme fraiche |
150 | g | Cheese, grated (Emmental, Gouda or mountain cheese) |
Preparation
- Fill the slices of cooked ham one by one with minced meat and place them in a fireproof dish. Mix the hunter’s or gypsy sauce, cream, and crème fraiche and pour over the ham. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
