Baked escalope with tortilla chips.

Ingredients for 2 portions

4 pcs Pork Schnitzel (small)
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper (fresh)
1 pinch Paprika Powder (sweet)
1 pinch Garlic Powder
100 ml Oil (for frying)
100 g Kellys Tortilla Chips
100 g Cheese (grated)

Preparation

  1. First, lightly pound the schnitzel, season with salt, and sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder. Also sprinkle with some freshly ground pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the schnitzel on both sides. Remove from the pan and place in an ovenproof dish. Then deglaze the pan with water, season with salt and soup seasoning. Pour the pan juices over the schnitzel and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
  3. Once the schnitzel is cooked, plate on a dish and garnish with chips and grated cheese before serving.
