Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, until softened.

  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
