1 | tbsp | Paprika powder |

Preparation
- First, prepare the vegetables for the Serbian rice meat. Peel and finely chop the onion, wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into strips. Roast both with the rice in a pot with some oil until light yellow, then add 400 ml of water.
- Now add the tomatoes and let simmer for 20 minutes, until the rice is al dente.
- Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, peel and press the garlic. Sear both in a pan until browned, season with paprika powder. Then add some water and simmer the meat covered until tender.
- Finally, mix the rice with the meat and season with salt.
