Mushroom sliced meat

Ingredients for 3 portions

350 g Pork fillet
500 g Mushrooms
250 ml Sour cream
1 Pinch Salt
1 Piece Onion
1 Tsp Vegetable brotd
1 Tsp All-purpose flour
1 Pinch Pepper
2 Tbsp Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat in it, remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in the drippings, add sliced mushrooms and sauté.
  3. Add the meat, season with soup seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes. Dust with flour and mix well. Add the sour cream and season again.
