Pork loin roast in pepper sauce

Ingredients for 3 portions

400 g Pork loin roast
1 Tbsp Pickled green peppercorns
1 Cup Whipping cream
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Tsp Vegetable stock

Preparation

  1. Cut the pork loin roast into pieces approximately 1.5 cm in size. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan, and sear the pork loin roast on both sides until browned. Remove the meat pieces from the pan and keep warm.
  2. Toast the peppercorns in the pan briefly. Pour in the cream, season with soup seasoning, reduce the sauce slightly, and add the meat pieces. Let the pork loin roast soak in the sauce.
