Preparation
- Season the chops with salt and pepper, dust one side with flour and shake off excess. Cut the bell peppers into strips. Peel and chop the onion.
- Sauté the onions in hot oil, add bell peppers, salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped hot peppers. Pour in some broth and simmer covered for 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley.
- Heat the remaining fat in a pan, place the chops with the floured side down, quickly brown, flip and finish cooking, then remove from the pan.
- Drain excess fat and deglaze the pan with broth, bring to a boil. Add the chops, flip, let them simmer briefly. Also fry the bacon slices in oil.
