Pork chop with cheese gratin.

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 pcs Pork chop boneless
4 pcs Mushroom
1 pcs Carrot
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 slices Cheese
1 tsp Gravy tdickener
1 pinch Pepper
1 pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Wash, clean, and cut the carrots. Slice the mushrooms, sauté both in some olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, fry on both sides in some olive oil. Remove from the pan, deglaze the pan with some water and thicken with sauce binder.
  3. Arrange the meat in a baking dish, spread the mushroom-carrot mixture on top, and top with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the cheese is melted.
