6 | pcs | Bread dumplings (already cooked, e.g. from tde day before) |
200 | g | Smoked meat (precooked) or ham |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
4 | pcs | Egg |
1 | pcs | Onion |
4 | pinch | Salt |
4 | pinch | Pepper |
Preparation
- Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the bread dumplings into thin slices. Dice the smoked meat or ham. Crack the eggs and whisk with a little salt.
- Heat butter in a pan. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the bread dumpling slices and roast well on all sides.
- Stir in the smoked meat or ham, roast for 2 minutes, then pour the whisked eggs over them and allow to set while turning several times. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
