Preparation
- Finely chop the onion and fry in oil, dice the bell pepper and add to the onion, fry briefly.
- Place tomatoes in boiling water, then peel, dice and add to the bell pepper, add spices and broth. Let everything cook together in a covered pot for 30 minutes.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper, fry on both sides in a pan with some oil. Arrange meat and lecho on plates.
