Preparation
- Pound the pork schnitzels thin and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Then top with ham, Gouda cheese, and another layer of ham. Fold the schnitzels together and secure with a toothpick.
- In a hot pan with oil, sear the schnitzels on both sides and set aside. Deglaze the pan juices with a splash of water.
- Add salt, pepper, soup cube, and heavy cream, and stir well. Return the schnitzels to the pan and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
