Baked ham rolls

Ingredients for 4 portions

500 g Seasoned minced pork
8 slices Cooked ham
1 glass Sauce (hunter or gypsy sauce)
1 cup Whipped cream
1 cup Creme fraiche
150 g Cheese, grated (Emmental, Gouda or mountain cheese)

Preparation

  1. Fill the slices of cooked ham one by one with minced meat and place them in a fireproof dish. Mix the hunter’s or gypsy sauce, cream, and crème fraiche and pour over the ham. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
