Preparation
- Rinse the meat and liver, pat dry, and remove the skin from the liver.
- Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and bacon into pieces or slices.
- Place the ingredients on skewers in any order and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Grill for about 10 minutes on each side, then brush with oil again and sprinkle a thin layer of shashlik spice over the skewers.
