200 | g | Tilsit cheese |
100 | g | Breadcrumbs |
100 | g | All-purpose flour |
500 | ml | Oil for frying |
Preparation
- Gently pound the schnitzels and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Whisk eggs with liquid cream. Grate Tilsiter cheese and mix with breadcrumbs.
- Coat schnitzels in flour, eggs, and cheese breadcrumbs, and fry in hot oil on both sides over medium heat, about 3 minutes each, until crispy. Drain well on kitchen paper.
