Preparation
- Cut the pork tenderloin into slices and fry on both sides in a pan with oil. Remove and keep warm.
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut into pieces.
- Sauté the onion in the pan, add honey and the mango pieces. Mix with lemon juice, cream, and spices.
- Finally, add the meat and bring to a boil briefly.
