Pasta pan with smoked meat and tarragon

Ingredients for 2 portions

140 g any pasta
250 g cooked smoked meat (leftover)
1 pc large onion
2 tbsp pork lard
1 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
0.5 bunch tarragon

Preparation

  1. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the smoked meat into small cubes, wash, dry, and chop the tarragon. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
  2. Heat lard in a large pan, add the onion and roast until golden brown, add the smoked meat and roast for 2 minutes. Add the pasta, pepper, stir in the tarragon, and mix well together.
