Grilled pork steaks

Ingredients for 4 portions

4 pcs Pork loin steaks (150 g each)

Ingredients for tde marinade

2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 Pinch Ground cumin
1 tsp Freshly ground pepper

Ingredients for tde side dish

400 g Frozen vegetables of your choice
1 Pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
1 tbsp Butter or margarine
1 Pinch Pepper
1 Pinch Salt

Preparation

  1. Cook the vegetables in salted water until they are al dente, drain, rinse, and let them drain well.
  2. Mix oil with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds, and rub the pork steaks on both sides with this mixture, then grill on a hot grill or in a grill pan on both sides.
  3. Meanwhile, sauté the vegetables in foaming butter or margarine, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Serve steaks with vegetables.
