1 | shot | White wine |
1 | tsp | Mustard |
Preparation
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat oil in a pan. Sear the sliced meat on all sides, then add the vegetable mixture, onion, garlic, mustard, and caraway and briefly roast.
- Sprinkle with paprika powder and parsley, then deglaze with white wine and some water. Let it simmer briefly, then fold in the cream cheese and heat briefly again. Season with salt.
