Sliced meat in cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 portions

300 g Pork (shredded)
2 pcs Onion
300 g Mixed vegetables (frozen)
200 g Cream cheese
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
2 pcs Garlic clove
0.5 tsp Cumin
4 pinch Paprika powder
4 pinch Salt
1 shot White wine
1 tsp Mustard

Preparation

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat oil in a pan. Sear the sliced meat on all sides, then add the vegetable mixture, onion, garlic, mustard, and caraway and briefly roast.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika powder and parsley, then deglaze with white wine and some water. Let it simmer briefly, then fold in the cream cheese and heat briefly again. Season with salt.
