Curry meat

Ingredients for 4 portions

400 g Pork Schnitzel
40 g Butter (Margarine)
2 Pieces Onions
200 g Carrots
200 g Mushrooms
2 Tbsp Curry
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper (from tde mill)
1 Pinch Sugar
0.5 Cup Beef Brotd (Water)

Preparation

  1. First, cut the meat into thin strips, peel and roughly chop the onion, clean and quarter or sixth the mushrooms – depending on their size.
  2. Then, brown the meat on all sides in hot butter or margarine, remove from the pan and keep warm. In the remaining fat in the pan, sauté the onions and carrots, add the mushrooms and sauté briefly.
  3. Add the curry powder, salt, pepper, and sugar, pour in beef broth or water, bring to a boil, and add the meat back to the vegetable mixture. Cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
